This is a very quick and excellent recipe to celebrate a special occasion. It's sooo beautiful! INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup) 2/3 cup (220g) mayonnaise 3 Tbsp (65g) mascarpone cheese Lemon or orange juice and garlic and chilli sauce , to taste (or Tabasco ) 500 gr raw prawns, peeled with tail intact 3 garlic cloves, crushed olive oil 100 gr smoked salmon, cut into small pieces 1/2 telegraph cucumber, thinly sliced on an angle 1 cos lettuce, use the small leaves only lumpfish roe, to garnish METHOD: Combine the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mascarpone in a bowl. Add lemon juice and garlic and chilli sauce to taste, then season if necessary. Put oil and garlic in a frying pan. Cook the prawns until tender and reserve.
