YOGHURT, SOUR CREAM & SUMAC SAUCE



INGREDIENTS
100g sour cream
150g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD:
To make the sauce, place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside or chill until needed.
Serve with Middle Eastern style meatballs, turkey burgers or beef  & lamb skewers.
