INGREDIENTS
1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced
2 Tbsp chopped mint
2 garlic clove, crushed
100g Greek-style yoghurt
METHOD:
To make the tzatziki, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Serve with salmon burgers, fish patties, as a dip with raw vegetables or pitta bread to dip in, meat burgers, salad dressing, wraps, etc.
